One massive double and one large double available to rent from the last weekend in July.

The house is currently being renovated and will be finished this week with carpets being laid in the bedrooms as the final touches. The whole property is newly completed. The place is almost totally furnished, so scope for you new tenants to bring more if required and other bits will be added over the coming months.

The larger, front room has 2 large built in wardrobes and will have a king bed and was, before the renovation a double and single room that has been knocked in as one.

The 2nd room is a big double- currently it has double bed and bedside table.

There is a large kitchen and living area downstairs. The bathroom, adjourning the lounge room would be shared between the two new tenants and has walk in shower, heated floors and a double sink. We have a cleaner that comes once a week. Sky TV with movies and sports.

There is a roof terrace upstairs that gets all the afternoon sun in the summer time (and me being an Aussie comes with the standard barbecue!)

As for me, I'm an Aussie who has been living in the UK for almost a decade now. I am fairly social and like heading out from time to time with friends and family. Beyond that I work in retail management, head to the gym, cycle and ski during the winter months. I have family stay from time to time (the joys of distance) and would ideally like to find flat mates who I can have a chat, a laugh and share a glass of wine with.

The flat is located 15 minutes from Westfield and has great transport access- the Central Line, Overground and Hammersmith & City lines are all also about 15 minutes away. It is also served by a number of buses, including a night bus.

I will be around to arrange viewings during the week after work or over the weekend at various points.
