I am looking for someone to replace me in my lovely Shepherds Bush house. The house itself is very modern and is based in a lovely residential area. The room available is the largest of 3 rooms and will come furnished with a double bed and wardrobes (unfortunately I will be taking the dressing table, mirror and bedside tables in the pictures). It’s super spacious and really cosy. On the top floor is an open planned living space with a kitchen, lounge and dining table. There is also a small roof terrace with a BBQ for those summer months.

The house is around a 10-15 min walk from both White City station (Central line) or Shepherd’s Bush Market station (Hammersmith and City line) or a 20 min walk to Shepherd’s Bush station. Westfield is on your doorstep!

Bills are around £80-£90 per month on top of the rent and include everything from council tax to a full Sky package.

The room is available from the end of Jan, beginning of Feb but can be fairly flexible about this date.

You will be living with two other females in their mid 20s. One working in Finance and one in Fashion & Lifestyle PR. They are super welcoming and love to socialise.
