Room available 1st September and priced at £840 pcm all bills included. This includes WiFi and a cleaner who cleans the communal areas once a week.

1 year contract via estate agent Kartar properties (you can leave before the contract is up as long as you give 2 months notice). You will need to pay a holding deposit of £155.75 and complete a credit check. Then they will need the first months rent upfront and a security deposit of £623 (so total deposit of £778.75) which you will get back at the end of your tenancy.

Loftus Road is a 5 minute walk to Shepherd's Bush Market train station (Hammersmith and City/Circle line) and a 15 minute walk to the Shepherd's Bush train station (Central line and overground) and Westfields. We love living in Shepherd's Bush as it is so central with great transport links and super close to Westfield shopping centre. Surrounded by lots of nice restaurants, pubs and parks.

Our flat has a nice communal sitting room with a big comfy sofa, smart TV, Wii, board games and aquarium! We also have a huge garden where we grow veggies and flowers and have bbqs and fire pits :)

Someone who would enjoy hanging out after work, going for drinks/dinners or simply chilling at home together on the sofa or in the garden. We are not party people but like to have a few friends over occasionally on weekends and invite everyone to join in. At the same time we want someone who respects everyone's space and privacy and values people's individual lives.

Lastly, we are very neat people and keep the communal areas nice and clean and would like to keep it that way. The landlord is also very nice and always fixes any problems very quickly.
