Double room in my quiet family home to rent. Has shelves, hanging space and room for a desk.
I currently live here and my children come and stay from time to time when not at uni.
I let out 2 rooms, 1 is let already to a female and I would therefore require a woman for the 2nd room.
Full use of the lounge, kitchen, bathroom back garden and driveway. Deposit is negotiable, but require 1 months rent up front.
I have a cocker spaniel who is lovely but will bark initially as someone enters the house.
He spends majority of his time with me but happy to share him 🙂
