We are looking for a flatmate to join our home in the biggest room in the flat! This place feels like a home, not just a place to sleep and we’d like to keep it that way, so we’re looking for someone social, clean, and friendly. Bonus points if you're a football fan, both the current tenants are!

The room has access to a little yard, as well as a private bathroom. It’s massive, with plenty of storage space, a tv, a desk, and a large double bed.

The flat has a big kitchen/diner, a large living room and is only about five minutes walk from the bustling life of Bermondsey street. There is a bus stop right outside the door and it’s about a 17 minute walk to the tube stations (we have both zone 1 and zone 2 at the same distance from us).

We're welcoming all non-smoking applicants. As long as everyone gets along it’s all good.

No smokers please. Well-behaved pets are welcome, with the ok of the other tenants.

(As a side note, between Covid and career developments, my wife Johanna and I (Joseph) no longer live in the flat, but we haven't been able to figure out how to change that on SpareRoom yet. Sorry about that!)
