The living room is spacious and furbished with two sofas and an armchair. In addition, there is a dining table with four chairs.

The gorgeous kitchen has wooden worktops and slate flooring. It comes with a gas stove, an electric oven, a fridge, a freezer, a dishwasher and an integrated washer dryer.

The second, smaller bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom.

Just around the corner is Bermondsey Square with its small independent cinema. It takes two minutes to the closest Sainsbury's or Tesco Express. Countless restaurants, bars and cafés can be found within 5 minutes walking distance. London Bridge Station and Borough Market are less then 10 minutes away.

I have been living in this flat while working at Guy's Hospital and was very happy here, enjoying the fantastic neighbourhood and closeness to Central London. However, I will return to Switzerland in August and therefore am looking for a tenancy swap.

The rent for the furnished flat is 2600 £ per month. The additional costs for council tax, gas and electricity, water and internet sum up to around 300 £, bringing the total costs to 2900 £ per month. During my tenancy, the agreement was that the bigger room (for rent) is 1600 £ and the smaller room (occupied) is 1300 £.
