After 3 years in this flat I am moving out and I am looking for someone to take the room I will leave early September (4 or 5 of September).

You will be sharing with 3 other tenants all professional.

The room is a single room with double bed that will suit a single occupancy.
The room is furnished with a desk a bed and a wardrobe. The carpet of the room was changed one year ago.

The flat in which the room available is a 4 bedroom flat with a living room, two bathroom (one of them is only toilet) one shower and one kitchen fully equipped. Carpet in all the communal area were done one year ago.

The monthly rent for this room is about 596£ per month and you have to add approximately 90£ for bills and council tax.

The deposit is about 825£
