The room is available most of the time except 2 or 3 weekends per month
You can keep your items in the room all the time but I will need access to the room on those weekends when I am back in London

This is my room that I lived in for 3 years and I am subletting it for a few months
I have a new job near Brighton and renting a new place there
But I come back some weekends and stay in the room in London (2-3 weekends per month)
I come back Fri evening and leave Sunday evening
I have my own bedding which I put on Fri night and take it away on Sunday evening

You will have a separate key
All other tenants are young professionals renting full-time
Heating and hot water bills are included in the rent
I pay other bills (electricity, water, internet etc.), so I will be asking you to contribute 25 pounds/week

Best suited for those who are flexible and can stay away some weekends with their friends, girlfriend, parents etc.
