We have a large double room available in our stunning penthouse two bedroom, two bathroom flat in Bermondsey. We're an easy-going fun loving couple and are looking for another couple to live with who share similar interests.

The flat is bursting with character, lots of space and great for parties and big meals with friends. We also have a mezzanine just off the open plan living room which has been perfect for working from home / we can set up as a little spare room for guests to stay in.

It's in a prime location just a 10 minute walk to Bermondsey station or a 15 minute walk to London Bridge. We really love living here!

The flat is in a super safe and quiet gated community with access to a concierge service, underground parking, a communal garden and on-site gym and sauna which we have free access to. The rent is £1,365 per room excluding bills - c£682.50 per person. All bills come to around £120ish each usually, so it's around £800 per person all in (bills may go up in line with cost of living increases).

The flat is available from 26th February as our current flatmates are going travelling then moving back to Australia. It will initially be on a 6 month contract as that's when the current one is up for renewal. So it's a 6 month minimum but with the opportunity to extend this in August.

Unfortunately the flat isn't accessible for some people as it's on the top floor of a 4 storey building and there is no lift :(
