Friendly. chilled flatshare in zone 1 - about 5-10 mins walk to Elephant & Castle tube!

The room is really big and spacious for Zone 1 / the Elephant and Castle area, so much so I've fit a standing IKEA desk, my TV and TV stand, and computer chair with room to spare! It's south-facing, bright, and features a wonderful WiFi router with 200 Mb/s fibre optic internet - the BEST WiFi in the flat ;)

The flat itself is has a big open plan living room kitchen with a handy smart TV hooked up to various streaming services (Netflix, Amazon etc) that the flatmates like to watch movies/TV shows on; also a bathroom complete with bath and shower; an additional separate shower room (so no waiting for a shower in the morning!), and a separate toilet.

The living room area also features large windows and a cute little balcony for a glass of wine in the evening.

We’re all friendly professionals in our twenties who like to hang but also have jobs and lives and just like a clean, chilled flat.

Standard 6 month contract (with 1 month notice) comes to 890pcm with BILLS INCLUDED which is a steal in this area and SO useful before the imminent bills increases in the winter (my mates are about to start paying 150-200 extra for their bills!). Bills include super-fast WiFi, gas, electric, water and council tax. After 6 months, becomes a rolling monthly contract (again with 1 month notice).

Landlord would prefer longer stays (6+ months) so it feels like a home. No credit checks are needed, as long as you pass the vibe check it can all be done very quickly :)
