My flatmate and I (both F) are looking for someone to join our household! We have been living in this house for a few years now. It is very central, well connected (bakerloo/northern lines + buses).

The room is very large and it has a lot of storage space, massive wardrobe, desk, and built in bookshelves. We have a lot of spaces in the living room and dining room as well. You can use the living room as much as you need for work, studying (and fun).

-big bathroom (shower + bath), living room, backyard garden, kitchen

-Accessibility: the room is on the second floor, and the stairs are quite narrow. There is no intercom.

-Benefits accepted

-Deposit: 1month rent

We are looking for someone clean & respectful who appreciates movie nights! Ideally someone 24-27 years old.
