Master room available (pictured unfurnished); with double bed/mattress (space for under bed storage), bedside table, coffee table and desk available.
Less than 10 minutes from Vauxhall (Victoria line, buses, rail; zones 1-2 and less than 5 from Oval (Northern, buses; zone 2).
Rent is £628 a month, and bills (including council tax) total approximately £120 a month.
Deposit is 5 weeks' rent, so £798.47.

Must be queer-friendly or/and a friendly queer.
Needs to be someone who will enjoy living with cats!
Please be vaccinated (unless you actually can't be).
Other amenities include access to upright piano and various bits of musical equipment. While not a party flat, my singing/the piano are quite loud.
We tend to spend time together in the kitchen, and I have a sofa in my room.
Right by Vauxhall and Kennington Parks. I have now lived in this flat for two years; our landlord is lovely. HIGHLY recommend living with Thea, who is an absolute delight. I’ve been with Pan and Lyra for 4 years now, and they only get better. I appreciate that covid still means it might be a difficult time for people to move and urge you to let me know if there's anything I can do to make the process easier.
Contract runs from 18/08/22 to 17/08/23, but there could probably be flexibility in this if you need somewhere sooner or need more time.
When I can't be arsed to study, sometimes I bake. I'm always happy to share my online yoga subscription, to lend out bits of my library, to make and distribute cups of tea etc or to bring home someone's favourite drink. We're open to someone who wants more of their own space - but would be excited to welcome a new friend to the flat :)
