The ground-floor flat has been completely refurbished but still remains true to its Victorian heritage complete with original cornicing, 4 meter high ceilings, and stunning chandeliers in all rooms.

This flat is in Queen's Gate Gardens and comes with access to one of the most private and exclusive garden squares in South Kensington.

4 minutes to Gloucester Road tube, affording easy access to the West End, City as well as Heathrow. 5 minutes walk to Hyde Park, 10 minutes to High St Kensington tube, plenty of coffee shops, supermarkets (Waitrose, Wholefoods, Sainsbury's), and great pubs just moments away. Bike rental and Zipcars less than 1 minute away.

This room is spacious at 160 sq ft with a double bed, double wardrobe, large chest of drawers, bedside tables, chandelier, 4m ceilings, and original features, such as cornicing and wooden shutters on the humongous sash window. The room is north facing but due to the size of the sash window, it is always filled with natural light.

You will have access to a fully refurbished marble shower room with a rainfall and hand-operated shower. You also have access to a separate water closet. The bathroom and separate water closet are shared with one other person. In the living area, you have access to a flat-screen Full HD LG TV.

The kitchen has also been refurbished and is equipped with modern appliances including oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, toaster, and kettle. The kitchen is also fully equipped with pots, pans, cutlery, crockery, etc.

This is a premium flat and so I'm looking for a quiet and tidy person. I'm happy to consider students as well as professionals.

You'll be sharing with me and one other person. I'm a chilled-out entrepreneur with professional interests in tech, elderly care, and property. Outside of work I'm regularly exercising or hanging out with friends.

You'll also be sharing the flat with my french bulldog, called Coco. You can see a picture of her alongside photos of the flat. She's very quiet, never barks, and is super friendly. She loves attention but is also happy being left alone. However, she's scared of other pets so I'm afraid I can't accept anyone who wants to bring a pet with them.

Residents parking is possible via the council but not included in the price. I'm happy to help your sort this out. It's super cheap! I pay around £90 for the whole year and can park anywhere in Chelsea & Kensington. This is much more generous than any other London borough.
