Pets: We love 'em and they can certainly visit, just not be resident!

Smokers: No problem - There is the huge outdoor balcony terrace.

Couples: See "Pets" above! Love ya loads (and do come and visit) but this is best for solo professionals individually. Your guests are always welcome to come and stay.
