I am looking for someone (or a couple) to rent at my one bed flat in Vauxhall. It's a really nice one bed with great views of London, but we are in the process of selling it. It's going to take at least three months... potentially longer. So the deal is to rent on a rolling monthly basis. I know it's not a standard situation, but its a shame (and expensive) to have it sit there empty. So I am letting it with all bills including (except Broadband) included. Because I am selling the flat is unfurnished. If you need a stop gap between other properties or are are working in London on short term contract perhaps this place would be perfect. The views are incredible.
