We have single room available in our lovely house share, we are looking for someone to come and join us and we would love to hear from you...

Just refurbished, clean & bright bedroom is available 24 January. It is £110 p/w including bills (wireless broadband, council tax, water, central heating, gas and electricity).
Depends of the lenght of agreement 20% discount applied.

It is a furnished 1st floor flat with central heating, kitchen, bathroom.

It's situated less than 10 minutes walk to Forest Hill station (zone 3).

Ideally we are looking for long term occupants. There is minimum stay - 3 months, you can stay as much as you wish. But there should be month weeks notice before the leaving date.
