After one year and half in this flat, I am sadly leaving to be closer to my work. I'm looking for someone to take my room from 1st March.

This is the biggest room of the flat with a private bathroom, comes fully furnished.

The flat is in a great location which is a ten minute walk to Clapham Junction station, a 3 min walk to a local Sainsbury's and a 5 min walk to a Tesco Metro! It's really easy to get into central, there are loads of buses which take you everywhere and the bus stop is only 3 minutes down the road!

You will be sharing the flat with Emma and Keeley, sociable working female professionals who enjoy wine (we work in this industry), chilling on the sofa with good movies, bbq on our balcony and Sunday roast! Our living room is very cosy. I've had a great time in this flat and I'm now looking for someone social but who can be independent too.

The flat is owned by a private landlord. The rent is a great value, £589 plus bills. Bills £90, include SKY, gas, electricity, water, council taxes. No fee.

We can only hold viewings this Sunday 23rd all day and Monday from 6.15pm. Please come view!
