One double room available to rent in our amazing house in the centre of Brixton. Sharing with 3 fun and friendly housemates who like all the usual things: socialising, cooking, hanging out, music etc. The room has a double bed, plenty of shelving, a chest of drawers and new wardrobe space (its been redecorated since the photos attached and new wardrobes installed - new photos to be added when the sun is out again! :) It catches lovely evening light. It is available from the 2nd of October.

The house has an open kitchen and living room area, a second sitting room/living area with a projector, two bathrooms, an third loo and a large south-facing garden with a gas BBQ, which is great for long, sunny afternoons. There is plenty of personal space when needed as well as the ability to enjoy social gatherings. The house will suit people who work either 9-5 or shifts as we have both living in the house right now. The current tenants are a mix of professionals including an NGO professional, researcher, and restaurateur. We get on really well and enjoy each other's company, as well as doing our own thing.

The house is 4 minutes walk to Brixton centre and tube / 6 minutes to Stockwell tube – it’s easy and quick to get into town. Bills, including a weekly cleaner, come to a fixed £100 a month including gas, electricity, water, council tax, broadband. There are plenty of shops and the market close to hand as well some great pubs and coffee shops. Brixton is an extremely lively area with a deep cultural history and is a lot of fun.

We're proposing a Zoom meet-up for first introductions, to show you around the house and a chat with the three of us. Then we're happy to have you over in person to look round. We will start organising viewings the week of August 16th.
