I am relocating out of London so I’m moving out from this awesome penthouse flat.

As you can see from the photos the flat is modern and perfectly located, right in the centre of Clapham Old town. It’s a 10 second walk from the well known No.32 pub, less than a minute to the Common and two mins from Clapham Common tube.

The room has its own en-suite bathroom, In-built wardrobes and king sized bed. The room comes with the smaller brown drawers, but I purchased the white chest of drawers for extra storage. Happy to either leave the white drawers in the room for a cheap price or take them with me when I leave.

As we are in the penthouse there are two balcony’s, one is directly off from James bedroom and the other communal balcony is in the living room so you can have sun all day long. Very modern kitchen with breakfast bar. All rooms have underfloor heating & air con.

Living room has 3 big comfy sofas, large tv with sky and Netflix etc, spacious and perfect for chilling. There’s also a good sized dining area that can be used for working from home.

Housemate 1 is Amy, she is very chill and friendly and works in consulting.

Housemate 2 is James, also v chill & friendly, works in finance.

Move in date 13th February, but I can be slightly flexible.

Rent is £920pcm & we each pay £175 pcm for bills. This is slightly overfunded to avoid ever being short. Deposit is £1150.
