Bill and broadband are not inclusive, they are around £35-50 per month depending on seasonality. So you will pay around £400 per month more or less.

There is a cleaning rota in this house, everyone takes term to do the cleaning.

Currently, one guy and one girl are living here, a new guy will join on 01/11/2021.
