THE HOUSE

This house, has a creative, relaxed and friendly vibe.

There’s a communal Kitchen, Shower room and dining/ sitting room, and a south facing garden for summer BBQs, when that arrives!!

I’ve built an art studio/ gallery in the garden called the black cube. Next plan is to build a little boxing / fitness area too...

It’s a nice house and garden to chill out in, in fact I may it’s the best in the world...

The en-suite room is lovely, at the top of the house, like a mini studio in some ways.. you have tour own fridge and kettle - ooh la la! And a TV on the wall… plenty of storage. And it’s pretty quite and peaceful up there too.

This is my room (marcus). It’s available from 12th Feb, for at least two months, but maybe more. There’s another great double room you can move into, if you want to stay in house as. As Harriet is leaving in feb.

The price includes ALL BILLS ... gas, electricity, super fast BT wifi, council tax, water - everything!

We're a stone throw from Brixton, Balham, Clapham, Tulse Hill etc.

Transport links here are AMAZING. We're 2 mins from Streatham Hill train station (18 mins to Victoria, also connects to Balham (Northern line underground station), Battersea, London Bridge, etc).

About 10 mins on the bus to Brixton (Victoria Underground connection).

Streatham Hill has a bus station, with heaps of buses going into the centre of town. Personally, i like the 159, which is really a cheap tourist bus, as it goes through Westminster, Trafalgar Square & Piccadilly!!

I suggest you get the CityMapper app to work out easily how to get about - or ask me, as i've been in London now for over 20 years!
