Amazing spacious double bed en-suite available immediately on top floor of house in the heart of Clapham Junction. The room is our largest as the loft conversation with an en-suite bathroom and shower.

Location:
Our road is right on Wandsworth common (less than 30 second walk) which is amazing for runs/particularly under lockdown - although we do have a garden too! The house is under 7 min walk to Clapham junction and only a few mins to Northcote Road.

People:
We are 3 young professionals working in charity, government and education sector. We enjoy chilling together/watching Netflix/the occasional games night but also respect each other’s downtime/private space. Ideally looking for a housemate with similar interests (friendly/happy to hang with the house as well as enjoys doing their own thing). Also someone who is clean and tidy :)

£900 exc bills which vary each month but usually levels out to about £960~.
