After 2.5 years in South London I’ve decided to move to North London, so looking for someone to take my spot in our wonderful house-share!

It's on a quiet side street right in the heart of Brixton, just around the corner from the Ritzy cinema. As we like to say, it's less than a song away from the underground which is so ideal.

The housemates are all really friendly and relaxed, and I'm extremely sad to be leaving them! They include Sam (a video motion designer), Rob (a structural engineer), Rohit (a creative copywriter), Josh (systems and IT Manager) and Sarah (recruitment).

We enjoy cooking together, watching tv, going for drinks and having friends over. We're also all relatively busy and like our own space.

Ideally looking for someone friendly and sociable aged 25 - 30ish.
