Two great size double room in a flat close to the centre of Brixton, one of three in a victorian terrace on Effra Road. Kitchen /living are as one and there is one bathroom in the flat. There are two of us currently living here as the other two are moving out of London. We really like the flat and don't want to move so we’re looking for two new friendly housemates to take the other rooms and renew the lease with us in Sept. The partially furnished room has a door to a small outside space, the furnished bedroom has built in wardrobes.

It goes without saying we would like you to be clean and tidy, It’s super important to us but other than that we are a very relaxed house. Love to go out on the weekends and socialise with each other and friends in the week. Good balance of having chilled nights in with the occasional wild one. Occasionally have friends over for drinks and a boogie so if that’s what you’d like then we’re a great house for you :)

We’re less than a 10 minute walk to the station and plenty of pubs and shops and 2 minute walk to Brockwell Park so you’re never stuck for things to do. Less than half an hour into central London so it’s a win win 👍🏼
