My flat is available from the 16th July, unfurnished.

It is a 2 bed flat which you would have sole use of the vast majority of the time. I live in Somerset, but would continue to stay at the flat one weekday evening each fortnight with work. Often less than that.

The price given represents this arrangement. If you would like exclusive use of the flat we can discuss this but the price would increase.

The price also assumes bills are in your name as I am looking for a longer term tenant.
