About me (us):
Easy-going, quiet, live-in landlord (professional / tech & financial services) works mostly from home; sometimes away working in London; and travels every 2nd / 3rd weekend to stay / visit with (female) partner, who lives and works remotely, and who visits to Edinburgh c. one WE per month.
We have one other lodger: F25, professional (PwC accountant / auditor). Friendly, v. considerate, tidy & quiet.
We keep the flat very clean and tidy – our general approach is "clean as we go…"
We do not run a rota for cleaning - we simply clean up after ourselves, always scan for anything that needs cleaning, and proactively just "get it done" in the moment - "paying it forward" for the benefit of all.
I enjoy cycling, walking, motorcycling – am a volunteer Blood Bikes Rider.
About you:
Looking for a friendly, quiet, professional* lodger (21+ preferred) who is respectful, and likes a very clean, tidy and tranquil environment.
