I am looking to let the top floor (loft conversion with en-suite with shower) of my 3 bedroom house in Twickenham to a suited tenant

As a tenant the top floor will be all yours, and i will only ask to access when in need of acquiring belongings from the storage space located in the eaves (very rare). You also have full joint-use of the kitchen and clothes washing facilities which are of a high standard (please refer to pictures).

On your floor there is also a microwave, fridge, kettle and shelf where you can keep your food, ample storage for clothes and belongings and a TV, with Virgin Media which includes Sky/BT Sports and the majority of channels however, excludes Movies & other specialist channels. For this reason use of the living area on the ground floor is not permitted.

I live with my housemate Scott, we are in our late twenties, and both work professional jobs in the city. We are looking for an easy-going housemate who is clean, respectful and easy to get along with, which are qualities that we believe we share.
