Having recently moved into our newly refurbished house we have decided to rent out our spare room. This has been decorated to a high standard with new furniture, Smart TV and bed linen. The house is close to the station and is easily accessible from Central London or Heathrow.
My partner and I both run our own business's and as such are seeking a "tenant " that like us works hard and plays hard ! We enjoy a good life style and are happy to have the tenant join us in the communal lounge and dining room if they tire of their own smart TV and small office in their own room. The house has all the modern facilities hi speed internet, laundry room and of course a small garden with ample parking near by.
We both love dogs and have no problem with pets providing they are house trained and well behaved. The price includes all bills, the room is fully furnished and comes with linens provided.
