Were looking for people to replace us for a minimum of 6 months. Couples are welcome. 850 for single person, 1050 for couple, some bills included.

The room is the top floor of a very nicely furnished house. As such it is private, lockable, has its own bathroom/shower ensuite, plenty of storage including 3 closets, under-the-bed storage and box storage in the eaves with plenty of natural light (and blackout blinds we installed).

The house itself has parking and a small back garden that gets sun all day with patio and artificial grass. There is a large open plan living area with kitchen, a study room/bike storage, downstairs toilet and middle floor main bathroom with large shower and bath. The kitchen has an induction hob, dishwasher, and washing/dryer.

My wife and I have lived here with my best friend (a 29yo maths teacher) and a physics PhD student (28yo) for 18 months, but need to leave the 2y contract early to move to Dover for a new job. This could be extended beyond 6 months, but you'd have to discuss with the other housemates.

Both housemates are quiet and busy. They are both clean. We use a rota for hoovering/mopping downstairs on a fortnightly basis and a cheap cleaner on a fortnightly basis to do the same plus toilets, oven etc.

This is not a sublet. You will rent via the letting agency/lanlord (Dexters, St Margarets) who are happy with us finding a replacement for the remainder 6 months.
