Our ideal house mate would be someone who is clean, tidy, respectful and would enjoy living in a peaceful and quiet area. A short walking distance to three train stations (Teddington, Fulwell & Strawberry Hill - 30 mins into Waterloo), the beautiful Bushy Park just round the corner along with other great amenities in close reach (Lidl, Tesco, Coffee Shops etc).

- 1st July contract start date.
- 2-year contract with a break-clause after the first year.

- The flat is a semi-furnished place (washing machine & tumble dryer, small fridge & freezer, oven and basic kitchen utilities etc.
- Bedroom would be left clean & empty.
- The flat itself covers the second and third floor.
- Second floor is: living room, kitchen, bathroom and double room.
- Third floor is Lauren & Matt’s room with en-suite.
- The flat was only fully refurbished in June 2018.
- The room is a nice, well lit room with separate bathroom (toilet, shower/bath & sink).
- Our landlord is really on it when/if we ever report anything, there is usually a contractor out fairly quickly.
- Our neighbours downstairs are a lovely couple who are super friendly and always willing to help if needed.
- We also have a group for the street, so it’s quite a friendly area to live and it’s off the main road, so I never hear any of the hustle and bustle of london traffic.
- The flats location is amazing, 10mins walk in either direction to either Fulwell or Teddington stations. (30ish mins into Waterloo, Central London) and the night bus links etc are relatively easy from central too.
- The flat is also super close to Heathrow Airport (24min drive!)
- The flat doesn’t have a garden but we are only 10 minutes walk away from the beautiful Bushy Park. (The deer are super friendly too and there’s some great running tracks/ picnic areas!).
- Walking distance to St. Mary’s University too.
- Space to park your car outside the flat ― No permit required.
- There’s a Tesco, Aldi, Sainsbury’s, Co-op and other shops like Independent coffee shops, local pubs and Independent shops not far away either. Quite ideal really!
- Plenty of nice restaurants and places to eat nearby on the high street with a great network of just about everything for takeaways through JustEat or Deliveroo.

About us:
Matt is a 25 year old professional working in the arts industry (Stage & Events Management), My pronouns are He/Him. I enjoy cooking, watching tv / films with a nice glass of wine. I’m super friendly, energetic, easy to get on with & at the end of the day I’m always really clean and tidy, especially in the flat. I like to keep myself to myself sometimes but can also be really sociable too.

Lauren is a bubbly 27 year old drama teacher, actress and creative.
I enjoy practising meditation, creating art, reading mind-expanding books and spending time in nature (especially when it’s sunny!) I’m really friendly and approachable, open-minded, enjoy a good in-depth conversation and also value my alone-time too. Very clean, tidy and considerate. ― Looking forward to meeting you!
