In a 3 bed flat, sharing with 2 easy-going and friendly ladies; a lawyer and a brand and marketing manager in the drinks industry. Rent is £598 for the room. And roughly £100-£120 for bills.
I'm looking to let out this room as I'm moving on. All furniture etc is included with the room. Flat in good condition and appliances in good working order.

There’s off street parking within grounds of building (£15 a permit,) as well as plenty of on street parking free after 6pm.
Less than 10mins walk to Twickenham station and only slightly longer to St Margaret's Station with fast trains into London. Straight lines into Waterloo, Clapham Junction and Vauxhall. 10mins drive / 20mins walk into Richmond (district line).
