I would like to offer a south facing room in a maisonette, and the use of the rest of the flat. This modern flat is spacious and bright and was recently refurbished. The whole flat has quality wooden flooring. Beautiful views, and a very peaceful setting. Clean tidy and neat.
The spare room is freshly painted with a stunning maple wooden floor.
It has no furniture only an open built in wardrobe. Although I can provide you with a very comfortable single Japanese futon and buy some furniture.
Ham is an amazing sought-after location, very quiet, green with picturesque views. It is like living in a village yet with very good connections to central London.
You can take bus 371 or 65 into central Richmond where you can access the train/tube. It takes only 20 minutes to get to Waterloo. The area is spectacularly beautiful so you can also walk or cycle to get to places enjoying the peace and greenery. Ham House and Richmond park are just a short walk away.
It’s just me you will be sharing the flat with. I also have a beautiful Abyssinian cat who is very quiet as he spends most of the time outside so when he is in he is just resting.
