This is a furnished single bedroom in a two bedroom flat in Hampton Wick, just over the bridge from Kingston upon Thames, in a lovely leafy area. Hampton Wick Station is less than 5 minutes walk away. The flat is very well connected by bus and is near to a lovely high street of cafes and pubs. 

I am the resident landlord, a 22 year old recent graduate looking for a lodger under the governments "rent a room" scheme.  I also speak spanish, and have shared with flatmates over 2 years, making some great friends in the process! I enjoy cooking, cycling and playing the guitar.

The flat has a shared kitchen, bathroom, living room and also a cute little balcony. We have Wi-fi, a washing machine, and a TV in the flat.

The neighbourhood is quiet and ideal for people who love nature, walks, and sports, as it is close to the river and right next to Bushy Park. There are also some lovely communal green spaces inside the block of flats, on the ground floor.

I'm looking for a female student/professional ideally for a full academic year or longer, who has experience of sharing a flat, and is friendly and respectful of shared spaces.
