Looking for a flatmate that can take my place as I will be moving out very soon.

This is a modern 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat with a shared living room, a big balcony and roof top terrace area about 8 minutes walk from Tooting Broadway station. It takes about 30 minutes to get to central london from here using the northern line. This apartment is above Lidl and in close proximity to Tesco, Aldi, Sainsbury and Iceland as well as many restaurants, afro carribean shops, butcher shops and fish shops.

I am looking for a clean and tidy person to take my place , preferably a female, however a male housemate will also be considered.

In the past year, my bills has been no more than £100 per person.
