I have a beautiful, freshly painted self contained studio that I am subletting starting 19th July till end of July as I am having to move out.
Tesco, Starbucks, Boots, and a lot other stores are right infront of the house. St. John's wood station is 4 mins walk from the house.
If you are looking for long(er) term place, please feel free to reach out too and I can check with my landlord and let you know.
The weekly rate I am paying is higher than what I am giving it away for- so it's a steal deal.
It comes with a fridge, washing machine, microwave, bed, 2 chairs, and induction cooker.
There are two huge cupboards- so enough storage space too.
I would prefer to have a video viewing first and the if you like it you can come in for a physical viewing.
