Hi I have two small-to medium rooms in a four bedroom house. There is a small sofa and dinning room with kitchen, one toilet/shower and garden.
Maximum of 4 people in 4 rooms but one toilet/shower only.

I am looking for calm people, who like to live their own, not too much noisy, respectful to others and their values/privacy.

Due to current tenants, I will prefer Muslim girls/females with student visa or professional.

PLAB candidate, Doctor, Intern MPhil/PhD students, Staffordshire University students (due to location) will get priority.
