Located 5 min walk from Turnpike Lane station (Piccadilly line) in North London. Busses all around. 29 n29 341 141 41 and more. Wood Green shopping centre is about 20 min walk away or 5 min bus ride. Turnpike Lane has been the current tenants' home for the past 2 years with lovely bars and restaurants in the surrounding area.

There’s a small study with a balcony ideal for studying and washing and storage.

Open kitchen/lounge where we often draw and drink tea/ beer.

Back garden included which we can’t wait to start BBQing. (And has an outhouse!)

About us (the current tenants)
Looking for a friendly individual that is clean and chilled. Not really a party house but a few beers may knock about.

The remaining tenants are two Bar supervisors that both work lates as well as freelance artists.
(One vegetarian one vegan)

Vegan friendly!

Very sadly no pets however I’m determined to befriend the neighbours cat.

Smokers okay but not in the house.
