I have two single rooms available in a newly renovated 3-bedroom house. Ideally looking for a single occupant to rent both to split the bills with.
10 minute walk from the train station.
The downstairs is an open-plan layout with a very large, comfortable living area. The kitchen is a great size with plenty of storage and comes fully equipped with an oven/induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, and kettle.
The Rooms
There are two single rooms available. They can physically fit small double beds, but it would be a squeeze. Because the rooms are compact, I am very open to renting both rooms to one person at a reduced combined rate. This would be a great option if you are looking for extra space to use the second room as a private home office, dressing room, or storage. Please contact for more info!
