Hello!

We are both two young professionals who are looking for a friendly, warm flatmate to join us in our homely flat in Stockwell.

We think it is really important to create a safe, welcoming, and homely environment. Our location is ideal – we are a few minutes from the station with local independent cafes nearby to work in. We have a balcony on the top floor of our four-floor apartment block.

What we are looking for in our potential flatmate is somebody who is considerate of other people’s space. We expect our flatmate to be sensitive towards other people’s cultures, as one of us is a woman of colour. We are relaxed and calm – we do like to be notified if people coming over so we can plan in advance and, likewise, we would do the same for you. We’re not a party household either.

We really enjoy reading and writing, exploring the cultural side of London, watching films and documentaries, visiting art galleries and embarking upon regular trips to the theatre. You may, at times, hear random Shakespearean phrases but that just means we really like you.
