I'm looking for a lovely new housemate/s to take on my room in our beautiful garden flat in Brixton/Stockwell. The room is available from February.

The flat is on a really pretty street about 5 minutes from Stockwell and 10 from Brixton - so excellent connects.

The room is large and it's got a lovely king sized bed. There are two built in wardrobes and plenty of room for a desk if you are working from home like I have. The room looks out onto our front garden, so nice and peaceful.

There's a large family sized bathroom with a bath and shower that you will share with Alex, my super cool house mate.

Upstairs there is a massive open plan living room and kitchen with everything you could need. It has windows on both sides so very bright. and a massive sofa and TV for those slobby days.

Oh and we've also got a lovely garden so perfect for bbq's come summer/fire pit hangs in winter.

Alex has a very cute Irish Terrier called Seamus. He's adorable, well behaved and knows some excellent tricks!
