The rooms are both located on the first floor. They are suitable for a couple renting both rooms to use as a bedroom and extra office space with private bathroom, or for two single individuals renting a room each as private bedrooms with a shared bathroom. Both rooms are available mid-November 2020.

Shared spaces are on the ground floor and include a spacious and well-equipped open plan kitchen, dining area with plenty of space for remote working and relaxing, and a conservatory overlooking a private garden.

We are looking for a friendly couple or two friends to share this house with us (1 couple and two friendly cats) from November. We both work in design/consulting and are looking for similar quiet and responsible professionals who want to enjoy this great space.

We rent the remaining two rooms on the second floor and have access to a separate bathroom.

I have lived happily in the house for over 6 years. It's a great location on a very quiet street, in walking distance to Stockwell station, Vauxhall and Battersea, plus a large Sainsbury's nearby at Nine Elms. It's an ideal accommodation for working from home, with plenty of space, natural light, high ceilings and great outdoor space for the warmer months.

The house is currently being re-organised and a lot of furniture moved out by the current owners, so most of what you see in the pictures will be cleared and the rooms available empty or with any available furniture that you may want to keep. Room 1 comes with fitted storage space.
