Very friendly and social house share with an amazing location with a double room available.

The house:
Very large house with great communal spaces such as a lounge with comfy couches, sky TV, and plenty of space to cook, eat and have a few drinks.
Outside we have a massive garden with an amazing bbq.
The house is over 3 floors with a bathroom on each floor including shower and toilet in each.
In the summer time we also have a small little platform that gets lots of sun. We also have a paddling pool for when the time is right.

The house is in a great location 8 min walk to Clapham common park and underground station. The high street with loads of bars, restaurants and shops just a few minutes away.

Battersea park is also just 15 min walk away and Clapham junction is only 20 min walk away

The flatmates:
The flatmates are a mix of Australian, Kiwi, British and Irish who spend their Monday to Friday working. Weeknights are a bit calmer with everyone cooking/eating, having maybe the odd drink and watching reality TV. During the weekend the housemates are generally out and about. Looking for someone that is social, has their own life but also looking to get involved when the house does nights together.

The room:
The room is basic but has a double bed, plenty of storage space with a great view out the back garden.

The rent:
The rent is super cheap for the area £605 per month + bills (£60-£80) depending on the time of year. There are no agent fess. It's a private landlord who is great and helps fix things when they are broken.
