Hello lovely people of London,

I am looking for a new lovely flatmate since my old and wonderful one will be returning back to Germany.

Our place is really cosy and charming in its own way. We have a spacious living room and a small little garden which is nice for spring time and summer to hang out in. We also get regular visits from 2 beautiful cats everyday which is definitely a wonderful bonus to have.
The flat is also only 5min by foot away from brixton station and with this flat we are in the centre of vibrant and colourful brixton.

So to introduce myself, Halllooo I am Flora and I am originally from Austria, I myself am a filmmaker and a film student. I study at London film academy and I am usually quite busy with my university but I love just having a chat or talking about politics, film and other not so heavy topics lol
My friends describe me as relaxed but also a sociable and open person, however I do respect everyones need for space. For me its important that my new flatmate is clean, relaxed and that we get along and spend some time together by cooking or just going for a walk. Depending on how the situation with Covid-19 is going to proceed obviously :P Communication is also very important so if you have any issues or you aren’t happy with anything I am more then happy to talk with you about it or to simply just listen :) For me its just important that we make this a cosy home where everyone feels comfortable and safe.

The rent for your room would be again 860 and the room is fully furnished and 134 for the gas bill.
