Hi, my name's Sarah and I'm looking for a new flatmate!

My current flatmate is moving back to Scotland and I'm looking for someone to take his room.

The flat is on a quiet road, at the top of a terraced house and is very close to Wandsworth Road Station on the overground, or just over a 10 minute walk to Clapham North tube station. There are also good bus routes into Waterloo and Aldwych. We're a 10/15 minute walk away from Clapham Common, or a 20 minute walk to Battersea Park (for fun lockdown walks!). The flat is also near to both the large Sainsburys at Nine Elms and on Clapham High Street.

Bills work out to around £130 per month each, including council tax, gas, electricity, water and Internet.

The room is bright and comes with a double bed, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and a full length mirror. You could also fit a small desk in the room for any current WFH situation!

The kitchen/lounge is big and airy and I've tried to make it cosy and homely with a rug, plants and prints on the walls. I'm also more than happy for someone to bring their personality and decor preferences to the flat too!

The landlord is nice, responsive and deals with things quickly. Since I've lived here we've had a new bathroom, washing machine, dishwasher and oven.

A little about me - I'm a 29 year old trainee patent attorney who enjoys good coffee, reading, cooking vegan food (but happy to live with a non vegan, I'm not judgy!), watching (mostly bad) TV, cross-stitching, taking pottery classes, trying to not kill my house plants, seeing friends in a socially distanced manner and the gym before that was banned!

I have been working from home and have a desk in my room, but will prefer to go into the office whenever that's allowed again.

I'd like to live with someone who's friendly, respectful of the space and generally clean and tidy. I'm ideally looking for someone who'd be happy to hang out in the flat sometimes, especially in the current lockdown situation when life has become very inside and boring!
