We are all sociable, chilled, get along extremely well, respectful and would like to keep the harmony in the flat. This is not a party house. The constant transit of strangers is not something we are looking for as it takes away quite a bit from our privacy and safety.

This is not to say we wouldn't consider you as a flat mate, but if you're determined to move to London and burn down some villages, this might not be the flat for you!
