Landlady is lovely too, had no issues at all since moving in. Flat is in a residential block. Very safe area as in the vicinity of a police station. Current bills monthly roughly £100. Large living room, bathroom with bath and separate toilet. Good sized kitchen for 3 people. Available to rent from November/december, I’m fully flexible a few weeks either way as I no longer live there. Double bed and fully furnished room.
