My old room is available to rent in a 2 bed flat in Stockwell. I own the flat but have moved away, leaving my flatmate Eshwin who still lives there.

Eshwin is an engineer working in the city with a couple of work from home days each week. He is into fitness, running and cooking. He'd be keen to share a meal or a beer every now and then but also values some space. He has a girlfriend in Newcastle who he will often visit at the weekends, so you could end up with the flat to yourself.

The flat itself is reasonably spacious, with a newly fitted kitchen and decent sized living room. The bathroom and toilet are also separate. The room is fully furnished with a double bed, which lifts up to provide more storage. There is also a large wardrobe, bedside table and a desk.

The flat is well connected, it's a short walk from Stockwell station which has both the Victoria and Northern lines.

The room is available from November to the end of February. Eshwin moves out around this time, so there could be an option to extend the lease/stay.

Bills are not included but are estimated to be £170-£200 pm.
