A flat with a double room with direct access to a large private garden which gets a lot of sun in the mornings, is available for at least one month (ideally 1st April to mid-May). The room is available for longer for the right person. The rent is 1600 including Bills if staying from April to mid-May only (as you will be the only one living there for that period) and 1400/month or less including all bills if looking for a 2 months+ tenancy depending on the length of the tenancy (maximum 5 months). You would have the flat to yourself for the first month and a half, and, if staying longer, we will be there more from mid-May but are often away so realistically you would have the flat mostly to yourself throughout the tenancy.

This would suit well someone looking for a short to medium term let who is looking for a very quiet flat and not intending to have big parties but happy to sometimes have dinner together when we are around if staying over a month and 1/2. .
