We have a lovely double room available in a bright 3-bed flat in Clapham. You'll be sharing with Alex and Piers - both friendly professionals.

The room is a large double and is furnished with a double bed, mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers and built-in shelving - see photos and feel free to ask any questions.

The living and dining room has a big bay window, 2x sofas, TV, dining table and chairs and there's a separate kitchen with everything you need including dishwasher, washing machine, new fridge/freezer and separate pantry. Good storage and also great shower pressure in the bathroom :)

All bills are spilt 3-ways and approx £150/month. It's Lambeth Council Tax and a Band D.

Very close to lots of Clapham's coffee shops and grocery stores as well as Venn Street Market on Saturdays. Clapham Common is just down the high street and the tube station is around the corner.
