Hello! I’m looking for someone to take over my current tenancy agreement for the lovely flat im renting in Clapham. It would be great for two singles or a couple who are looking for extra space and a spare room!

Only taking enquiries from people looking to rent in a pair, rather than finding two separate individuals.

It’s a beautiful bright airy space in a converted period property. The apartment has huge windows throughout the whole flat, and is in direct sunlight so it benefits from sun all day long. But definitely before end of January.

The lounge is a big open-plan space with a kitchen located to the side, with dark real wood floors. It has neutral decor throughout!

I’m flexible with move in - sooner rather than later would be great.

* Its 2 double bedrooms. One is larger and another is smaller - I’m using the smaller as a wardrobe room atm but i used it as a spare room with a double bed when I first moved in.
* It’s Clapham North - 2 min walk to Clapham North tube and Clapham high street Overground
* Rent is £2108 pcm in total
* tenancy is until end of august, but can be renewed (i renewed for 3 years. I love this place)
* Bills are around £120-£200 pcm (depending how much heating/ electricity you use)
* Move in date is flexible! I can move whenever but sooner rather than later would be great for me
* Ideal for a two individuals or a couple wanting extra room/ space
* Big communal gardens at back
* Deposit is 4 weeks rent I believe but it might be 5 so I will check! So £2108 in total
* Part furnished - comes with sofa, wardrobes in both rooms, kitchen appliances, it just needs beds
* plenty of on road parking - a permit is required. Cost varies depending on your car but mine is around £120 per year.
